Bodyweight Blast

  • Pushups                    x 10

Energy Up

  • Walking Lunges        x 10
  • Flexed-arm Hangs    x max time
  • Plank                            x 1 minute

MindRight Maniac

  • Kettlebell Swings      x 10

possible in 5 min.

PASSION

  • Pull-ups or TRX Row            x 10
  • Renegade Row Buildup (Pushups + Rows)

Here are my TOP STRETCHES that you can complete AFTER a workout or before bed to maximize flexibility. Perform each stretch for approximately 30-60 seconds.
There are a total of 10 Stretches/Movements.
