Being successful in your fitness business requires you to consistently evaluate and enhance the products and services you’re offering. What kind of referral program(s) do you offer? How frequently do you promote them? What incentives do you provide for successful referrals? What new ideas can you create and implement to help drive more referrals to your business.

November: Forecasting Your Business Financials

Staying on top of your business finances needs to be a regular process. Review your financial data monthly, and at least twice a year, do a complete financial assessment by gathering your financial data, analyzing your revenue sources, assessing your expenses, calculating your profit margins, and evaluating your cash flow.
