- TRX Rows x 30, 20, 10, max reps
Circuit 2: ARM FARM
- DB Tricep Kickbacks x 20, 15, 10, 10, max reps
- Bicep Curls x 20, 15, 10, 10, max reps
Circuit 3: Legs Go Crazy
- Squats x 30, 20, 10, max reps (up to 40)
- Calf Raises x 30, 20, 10, max reps (up to 40)

** Ideally, get your BFR (Blood Flow Resistance) Bands on and get to work (these are optional); Superset the 2-exercises back & forth until all reps complete;
Minimize rest between sets & circuits.
