FLIGHTS:

Fly into West Palm Beach, FL or Fort Lauderdale (FLL)

(West Palm Beach is approx. 20-minutes from team hotel; Fort Lauderdale is approx. 50-60 minutes from team hotel).

Schedule:

• Plan to Arrive at Hotel by 5 pm EST on March 14th, 2024.
• We will have a Thursday night social for our guests from 6PM-8PM @ Throwsocial.com/delray
• Lunch will be provided on both Friday & Saturday.
• Breakfast & Dinner on your own;
• There will be a Friday morning workout at the new TRX Training Gym.
• There will be a Saturday morning workout on the beach with Randy Hetrick/OutFit Training.
• We will have a “special” Guest Presenter. 🙂 #BeInTheRoom
