2024 Dose of Durkin Kickoff!!


Complete 24-Minutes of the Following Exercises

  1. Squats (Barbell, Front, Bodyweight) x 6-10
  2. Squat Jumps or Box Jumps x 6
  3. Bench Press x 6-10
  4. Plyo Pushups x 6
  5. Lat Pulldowns or Pullups x 6-10
  6. Walking Lunges (BW or DB’s) x 24 total
  7. Tricep Pressdowns x 16
  8. Bicep Curls x 16


Repeat for 24-minutes with 25-45 seconds between sets!!
