026. “Reverse Pyramids–STRONG” [Dose Of Durkin]

Workout of the Week: 

“Reverse Pyramids–STRONG”

 

  1. Pushups or Bench Press x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
  2. Lat Pulldowns or Pullups x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
  3. Squats (BW or Bar) x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
  4. Bicep Hammer Curls x 10, 9, 9…5 reps
  5. Overhead Tricep Ext + Pressdowns x 10, 9, 9…5 reps
  6. Lunges x 10, 9, 9…5 reps

 

Finisher: (5-minutes Core)

  1. Bicycle & Rotate x 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps
  2. Plank x 50, 40, 20, 20, 10 seconds (not reps)

 

Complete a set of 10-reps of each of the 6-exercises. Then go back and repeat a set of 9 reps  of each exercise. Continue this sequence until you get through 5-reps. Smile!

 

Take a 2-3 minute rest and finish with CORE! #BOOM
