Workout of the Week:
“Reverse Pyramids–STRONG”
- Pushups or Bench Press x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
- Lat Pulldowns or Pullups x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
- Squats (BW or Bar) x 10, 9, 8…5 reps
- Bicep Hammer Curls x 10, 9, 9…5 reps
- Overhead Tricep Ext + Pressdowns x 10, 9, 9…5 reps
- Lunges x 10, 9, 9…5 reps
Finisher: (5-minutes Core)
- Bicycle & Rotate x 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps
- Plank x 50, 40, 20, 20, 10 seconds (not reps)
Complete a set of 10-reps of each of the 6-exercises. Then go back and repeat a set of 9 reps of each exercise. Continue this sequence until you get through 5-reps. Smile!
Take a 2-3 minute rest and finish with CORE! #BOOM
