To Get a 3…..
- Read or write for at least 20 mins.
- Did extra skill practice (sports or any other hobby) without being asked
- Helped with chores around the house without being asked
- Cleaned room without being asked
- Took responsibility, didn’t blame something on someone else
- Ate at breakfast, lunch, and dinner with at least 1 piece of fruit or a vegetable with each.
