Ingredients:
Olive or Grapeseed oil (1/4 c)
Red Wine Vinegar (3/4 c)
Fresh Pressed Garlic 1-4 cloves depending on preference
Fresh Ground Pepper
This recipe is simple as can be and can be made in a pinch! Simply add all ingredients together in an airtight container and shake well before each use.
If you are a vinegar lover like me then follow the ratio above 1/3 oil to 2/3 vinegar. If you prefer more of an even blend, change that ratio to 1/2c oil 1/2c vinegar.
Pour over any kind of salad or veggie mix – it also makes a great marinade for meats and fish!
