Ep. 66 Shownotes: Peace, Prayer, & Pushups

What an interesting, crazy week it has been! I’m not sure when it gets better, but I can assure you, it WILL get better. In order to manage the stress, overwhelm, and fear that has gripped many, I want to share my thoughts on HOW we can specifically deal with the here and NOW.

In today’s episode, I provide specific updates and recommendations to your morning routine, evening routine, and best-practices to follow throughout the day. Additionally, I share my latest “rules” that I’m abiding by to stay strong, energized, and focused in this uncertain time.

Lastly, I end with meditation, breath-work, and prayer to provide hope, peace, light, and love. My friends, we got this. It’s NOT the end of the world. It’s a wake-up call that is going to recalibrate many aspects of our life and ultimately lead us to more peace, harmony, and even happiness. STAY STRONG!
