Optimal Performance Bodywork


Optimal Performance Bodywork is based on the idea that poor posture, physical injury, illness, and emotional stress can throw the body out of alignment. OPB leads to postural and alignment changes. When the body is properly aligned and lengthened, this allows for the most efficient use of energy for daily tasks or sports performance.
