1. Romanian Deadlifts (RDL’s) x 8
2. Single-Leg Balance Touch w/hop x 8 per side
Circuit #3. LUNGS win it in the 4th Quarter!!
Complete the following:
2 x 60 second striders (75%)
3 x 30 second striders (85%)
4 x 15 second striders (95%)
