Work Out of The Week: “5, 4, 3, 2, 1” 

5x:

Squat Jumps x 8, rest 30 seconds between sets

 

4x:

DB Floor Press x 12

Prone Incline DB Row x 12

 

3x:

Walking Lunges x 16 Total

Swiss Ball Leg Curl x 10

 

2x:

Farmer Walks x 20 yards down and back 

V-Ups x 12

 

1x Max Mountain Climbers in 60 seconds
