Do something & anything to burn the debauchery from yesterday!!
1. Pushups x 20
2. Lunges x 20
3. Pullups or TRX Rows x 10
4. RUN 1-2 minutes
5. “Burn the Bird” Core (Planks or Situps) x 60-seconds
