Work Out of The Week:
“The 15-Minute Body-Blitz Buildup”
For 15 Minutes, complete:
1. 5 DB Squat + Presses
2. 5 Hand-Release Push-ups
3. 5 Pullups or TRX rows
4. 5 Barbell Bicep Curls
5. 30 yd shuttle (15 yds down and back)
On round 2, add 1-rep per exercise and an additional “shuttle” for each round. Continue to build “1” rep per round until 15-minutes is up.
How many rounds can you complete in 15-minutes?
