10 Leadership Tips to Build an Iconic Brand & Company | IMPACT Q&A

I love studying leadership…and I love branding. In my 25-years of running a business, I’ve learned a ton of lessons on both topics. Now, with 2-successful companies and 42 employees, leadership is one of the most important things I do. It’s also one of the hardest. Today’s IMPACT Show episode stems from David Isaacson, who asks, “What are your top leadership tips that high-performance companies, teams, and organizations do to build iconic cultures and brands?”

WOW. A great question that will allow me to share some extremely valuable leadership lessons with you. First, I am going to share what leadership is NOT. Second, I will share 10 things great leaders must do to build an iconic company. Depending on your stage of business, walk in life, and your desire for growth and leadership will determine just how many of these lessons/tips you use now. Regardless, I truly do believe that all of us must be servant leaders. Whatever your role or title at work, everyone has the ability and opportunity to LEAD. So apply these 10 lessons, be a servant leader, and go out there today and positively IMPACT mankind!

Thanks for listening in. As always, I want to hear from you. Snap a picture of the cover of today’s episode, tag me, and share it on your social media. Or share your favorite 2-3 lessons out of the 10 that BEST applies to you today. Get after it today and be a GREAT LEADER.
