Squat Jumps x 7, rest 30-seconds



Lunge Hops (or Lunges) x 16 Total

Stability Ball Leg Curl x 8



DB Incline Bench x 10

TRX Row x 12



KB Farmer Carry’s x 30 yards down and back

Side Plank x 30 seconds each side


1x Max Pull-ups in 2 minutes
