This episode is going to be unlike one I have EVER done. Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I wanted to do something special today. I have a guest on today’s show who has an absolutely amazing story that will leave you feeling both extremely grateful and inspired.
Sandra Dougherty has faced death. And cancer has impacted her life in a way unimaginable. She has faced cancer not once, but twice, and she lost her husband to cancer between her own bouts of cancer. Her fight, resilience, and mindset through extreme adversity is an example of what it means to look death and fear straight in the face and find a way to get through it all by getting her mind, body, and spirit right.
The full impact of this episode is felt from start to end and it will leave you feeling full of gratitude, grit, and love. And it will change the way you approach adversity forever!
