How to Save Time & Energy and Increase Productivity

Hey, if you’re a high-performer, you are always looking for “simple” little exercises to boost your time, energy, and productivity.
Well, last week, I had the opportunity to speak to a group of senior level management executives at D.A.U. (Defense Acquisition University) on “Creating Maximum IMPACT in your Business & Life.”
And one of the “exercises” I taught them to increase their productivity was “Stop. Start. Continue.”
Let’s go out to DAU now to hear the short message that can help you get significantly more time freedom & peak-productivity in your life:
1. What one thing in your life do you need to STOP doing? This could be related to nutrition, a bad habit, a behavior, shifting a mindset, etc.
2. What one thing do you need to START doing in your life? This could be related to your health & fitness, nutrition, spiritual life, mediation, prayer, business-life, marketing, leadership, overcoming a certain fear or mindset, etc.
3. And what do you need to CONTINUE doing? This is something that you are doing now and that you do better than most. What is that? Identify what it is and continue doing it.
With each of these, just choose ONE this week and do it. They can be very “simple” things that you choose to do. But “simple” and “easy” aren’t always the same thing.
But by taking action on just these 3 things, your life will surely improve as will your time, energy, and productivity.
