“My Lips Were Quivering in Michigan!”

Good morning! I hope you had a GREAT weekend and you are raring to go on this glorious Monday.
A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit Grand Rapids, Michigan, to speak at a YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) event and do a “Day of Impact” at a colleague’s fitness studio. I had an absolute blast.
The only “bad” thing was that it was about 5 degrees outside and the snow was blowing sideways.
So I thought, what a better time to film a “Dose of Durkin” than outside on a cold, February winter day in Michigan. And that’s what I did!

I really did have a great time there. Between an incredible workout with some fired-up folks, an “I.M.P.A.C.T.” talk, and a “Touch of Health” hands-on workshop I did infusing massage therapy, reflexology, bodywork, flexibility, and meditation/breathwork, it was a great day with some awesome people.
And remember, NO EXCUSES on why you can’t get better this week.
Maybe you need a great workout.
Maybe you need to listen to a motivational talk or podcast.
Or maybe you need to improve your nutrition.
Or maybe you need a massage or some bodywork.
Or maybe attend a yoga or meditation class.
Whatever it is that you NEED to do this week, make sure you build it into your schedule and just get it done. #NoExcuses
