ONE THING

“ONE THING”

We just finished our 8th Annual TD Mastermind Retreat here in San Diego and it was SPECIAL. 75 passionate, fired-up fitness pros inspired to transform the planet. It was a weekend filled with laughter, smiles, connection, support, motivation, thought, and strategy. We went DEEP.

I LOVE hosting these events. They allow time to THINK BIG, get much needed “blue-sky” time to set specific strategy, and fire up people to TAKE ACTION. Our once a year TD Mastermind Retreat and my once a year 3.5-Day Mentorship are each special and sacred to me.

The TD Mastermind Retreat participants are people I coach on going. These folks receive exclusive posts, emails, coaching calls, webinars, videos, and of-course live meetings/events. I’m coaching them to be their best in business. And in life.

All said, NOTHING EVER REPLACES LIVE MEETINGS.

When you are LIVE, you totally feel the energy. You sense the emotion. You expand your vision. And you focus your strategy.

You reenergize. You rejuvenate. And you leave refreshed.

In this retreat, I shared that my intention was NOT to throw more ideas at them or confuse them with a plethora of “things to do” or “opportunities” that exist.

My purpose was to help motivate, guide, support, provide feedback, and ultimately help them choose the ONE THING that they MOST NEEDED to do to fulfill their purpose and passion in their life and business.

And we focused on eliminating EVERYTHING that distracts them from attaining their ONE THING.

Think about that. You hear me talk about it all the time.

  • 1% Percent Better.
  • ONE degree more.
  • The power of ONE.
  • ONE inch.
  • We are as strong as our ONE weakest link.

And now ONE THING.

So, how about for you? What’s the ONE THING you can do to help your life or business? Or your physical conditioning? Or your nutrition? Or your relationships?

Ultimately, it’s up to you to TAKE ACTION on that ONE THING that you MOST need to do to BE GREAT. What’s it going to be?
