What’s Your Dream?

Dreams. I love to dream. They keep you energized. They keep you alive. And they help create your future.

Here are 3 of my favorite quotes on dreams:
• “Dream as if you will live forever…live as if you will die today.” –James Dean
• “All our dreams can come true…if you have the courage to pursue them.”—Walt Disney
• “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” –Eleanor Roosevelt

And tomorrow, a dream of mine is about to come true. I have been working away for quite some time on a project that I believe will help revolutionize fitness. This specific dream began to crystallize over a year ago, and it is about to become a reality tomorrow when I release it to the world.

I will share my “Big News” tomorrow via an email and it will be all over our social media channels.

But here is the thing with a dream. You must:
#1. Start to dream.
#2. Take ACTION on your dream.
#3. Have the courage to share your dream.
#4. LIVE your dream.

So what is your dream? Is it a vacation you want to take? Is it a business you want to launch? A certain job you want? A family you want to create? A product you believe can change your industry? A certain health or fitness level you want to attain? Is it something you dream of creating or doing?

Whatever it is, DREAM BIG and then go for it. The only thing you have to lose is… your DREAM. And that would be tragic!

As a great quote by Alan Kay says, “The best way to predict the future, is to invent it.” And the way you invent it, is you DREAM it.
