Fitness Quest 10 challenges your family to complete all of the following by January 4th! (Numbers are represented in TOTAL completed by family)
Challenge 1: A TOTAL of 500 push-ups
Challenge 2: A TOTAL of 15 DIFFERENT vegetables eaten (write them down)
Challenge 3: A TOTAL of 20 minutes of wall sits
Challenge 4: A TOTAL of 500 jumping jacks
Change 5: A TOTAL of 20 things you are thankful

- Post this challenge on your refrigerator where the family can see it and keep track.
- When you’ve completed each challenge, cross it out.
- Once you’ve crossed them all out, bring this sheet into Fitness Quest 10 by January 4th to be entered in our drawing for all kinds of cool prizes!!
